Sparks Graduates
The LeaderSHEp in STEM Project has been launched in Eskişehir to support young women studying in STEM fields by strengthening their leadership skills and preparing them for inclusive, future-ready workplaces.
Implemented through the collaboration of Değişim Liderleri Derneği (Change Leaders Association) and Ford Otosan, the project is supported by a GlobalGiving grant awarded in partnership with Ford Philanthropy to the Change Leaders Association. Over the course of eight months, the program will work with 24 university students studying exclusively in STEM disciplines.
LeaderSHEp in STEM adopts an empowering leadership approach that brings together STEM and mobility-focused perspectives while equipping participants with essential soft skills, confidence, and career readiness.
Through this integrated model, the project aims to support young women throughout their leadership journeys and enable them to become future leaders in innovative, inclusive, and equitable work environments.
