Starting over in a new country can feel isolating.
Not because you lack potential,
but because you’re navigating new systems without a map.
Living in the U.S. often means holding more than one world at once.
Different cultures. Different expectations. Different versions of yourself.
SPARKS-USA exists to make that transition clearer.
This is not about starting over.
It’s about learning how to lead where you are.

SPARKS-USA was created for women building their lives and careers in a new system.
Participants come from different countries, cultures, and professional backgrounds, often navigating unfamiliar expectations around communication, leadership, and belonging in the United States. Rather than asking women to adapt alone, SPARKS-USA brings them together in intentionally small cohorts where shared experience becomes a source of clarity, confidence, and connection.
SPARKS-USA is a five-month, remote leadership and professional development program created by TWI for multicultural women building their academic and professional lives in the United States. Since its launch in 2023, the program has welcomed participants from 9+ countries, growing each year through small cohorts designed to prioritize depth, trust, and meaningful connection.
