SPARKS-USA

WHERE MULTICULTURAL WOMEN TURN TRANSITION INTO LEADERSHIP
Why SPARKS-USA?

Learn how to lead where you are

Starting over in a new country can feel isolating.

Not because you lack potential,
but because you’re navigating new systems without a map.

Living in the U.S. often means holding more than one world at once.
Different cultures. Different expectations. Different versions of yourself.

SPARKS-USA exists to make that transition clearer.

This is not about starting over.

It’s about learning how to lead where you are.

Every January since 2023, SPARKS-USA begins again. A new cohort. A new chapter. The same intention.

LEADERSHIP IN A NEW CONTEXT

SPARKS-USA was created for women building their lives and careers in a new system.

Participants come from different countries, cultures, and professional backgrounds, often navigating unfamiliar expectations around communication, leadership, and belonging in the United States. Rather than asking women to adapt alone, SPARKS-USA brings them together in intentionally small cohorts where shared experience becomes a source of clarity, confidence, and connection.

A Leadership Program for a New Context

I’m so thankful to have been part of SPARKS-USA. It was an incredible journey that truly changed how I see myself and my path forward. Being surrounded by strong, inspiring women who believed in me helped me rebuild confidence and clarity around my career goals in the U.S.

Through the program, I learned to trust my abilities, use practical tools, and show up with more confidence in professional settings. The encouragement and guidance I received reminded me of what I’m capable of.

Most of all, I’m grateful for the meaningful connections with mentors and peers who made this experience so impactful. Thank you for creating such a supportive and empowering community.

  • Beyza
    SPARKS-USA Season 2 Participant

Participating in the SPARKS-USA Leadership Program has been an incredibly enriching experience. The program helped me strengthen my leadership skills, deepen my cultural awareness, and focus on meaningful self-development through workshops, discussions, and mentorship.

One of my biggest breakthroughs was around my own leadership style. As a woman navigating a male-dominated field, I believed I had to be serious at all times to be taken seriously. Through SPARKS-USA, I learned that confidence and approachability can coexist, and that this balance makes leadership more effective.

Beyond skills, the program fostered a supportive community of ambitious women who empowered one another to lead authentically. I’m deeply grateful to TWI for creating this space. SPARKS-USA helped me grow not only as a leader, but as a person.

The program equipped me with practical strategies to overcome barriers, and the charisma workshops were especially impactful in strengthening my presence and leadership skills.

I leave the program empowered, with a stronger sense of self and a network of inspiring women I’m proud to be connected to.
