What happens when leadership development meets STEM education?
The answer is LeaderSHEp in STEM.
Through a new collaboration between DLD and Ford Otosan, supported by Ford Philanthropy and Global Giving, 24 university students studying STEM disciplines in Eskişehir will participate in an eight-month leadership journey designed to help them thrive in the workplaces of tomorrow.
