SPARKS-USA is honored to host Umran Beba — globally respected business leader, former senior executive at PepsiCo, and internationally recognized advocate for women’s leadership and inclusion — for a special interactive fireside chat.

With nearly 35 years of experience across Istanbul, Hong Kong, Dubai, and New York, Umran Beba has led global teams, shaped diversity and talent strategy at the highest levels, and built a legacy rooted in purpose-driven impact.

Unlike a traditional lecture, this session will be dialogue-driven and interactive. Participants will have the opportunity to engage directly, ask thoughtful questions, and explore the lived experience behind global leadership.
