Belgin Damar Lore (MBA) has an extensive Wall Street background in both foreign exchange trading and the bond market. She has also worked in marketing and social media for a dotcom start-up.
Belgin was first involved with international women’s organizations while she was at graduate school in Washington, DC, and has since volunteered on various women’s fundraising initiatives. She has been an active participant in TWI since 2015. Her commitment to TWI includes her interest in helping Turkish students become well-educated, financially independent, and conversationally English proficient.
Belgin was born in Ankara and came to the United States as a child. She was educated in the U.S., earning both her undergraduate degree in political science and her MBA in finance from American University in Washington, DC. She lives in Southern California.
